Business Velocity Group does not guarantee revenue, ROI, booked calls, profit, business outcomes, or specific automation results. Recommendations depend on the systems reviewed, information provided, implementation quality, market conditions, and client execution.

Client Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the usefulness of any analysis, recommendations, or implementation work.

Payments and Refunds

Payment, cancellation, refund, and scope terms are handled according to the written offer, invoice, checkout page, or signed agreement for the specific service. If no written refund term is provided, payment/refund handling is reviewed case by case.
