Audit Terms

1. Scope of Service

The Lead Flow Audit is a one-time diagnostic service. BVG will:

• Analyze how leads currently enter your business (phone, website forms, text messages, Google Business, email, and other channels).
• Identify bottlenecks where leads are lost or delayed.
• Rank bottlenecks by estimated revenue impact.
• Deliver a written report with 3 quick wins and a 30-day implementation roadmap.
• Provide personal review by Bert Benton.

The audit covers analysis and recommendations only. It does not include implementation, software setup, CRM configuration, or ongoing management unless separately contracted.

2. Fee

• Lead Flow Audit: $500 USD, due before the audit begins.
• Rush Audit (1-business-day turnaround, if available): $750 USD.
• Pilot Deposit (credited toward 30-Day VAP setup): $1,500 USD.

All fees are one-time. There are no recurring charges for the audit itself.

3. Credit Toward Implementation

The $500 audit fee is credited in full toward the 30-Day Velocity Automation Protocol (VAP) setup fee ($1,500) if you move forward within 60 days of receiving the audit report. After 60 days, the credit expires.

The Rush Audit and Pilot Deposit are also credited toward VAP setup under the same terms.

4. No Guaranteed Results

BVG provides analysis and recommendations based on the information you supply and publicly available data. We do not guarantee specific revenue increases, lead conversion rates, or business outcomes. Results depend on implementation, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

To produce an accurate audit, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and complete information about your business, lead sources, and operations.
• Respond to clarification requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically 2 business days).
• Not misrepresent your business size, industry, or lead volume.

If the information you provide is materially incomplete or inaccurate, the audit's accuracy will be affected, and BVG is not responsible for resulting gaps.

6. Confidentiality

• Your data: All information you provide is treated as confidential. BVG will not share, sell, or publish your business data, lead information, or audit findings to third parties.
• Audit reports: Reports are prepared for your business only. You may share them internally. BVG may reference the general nature of work done (e.g., "HVAC lead flow audit") but will not identify you by name or share specifics without your permission.
• Data retention: Audit data is retained for 12 months, then deleted unless you request an extension or become an active VAP client.

7. Fit Review

After you submit an intake form, BVG will review your information and confirm whether the audit is a good fit for your business. If we determine it is not a fit, we will notify you and no charge will be processed.

You may also request a refund within 24 hours of payment if you change your mind before the audit begins. Once analysis has started, no refunds are available — but the audit report will still be delivered.

8. Payment Terms

• Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
• Credit card and bank transfer are accepted.
• An invoice receipt is sent to the email you provide.
• For the 30-Day VAP, the setup fee minus your audit credit is due before implementation begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance.

9. Delivery Timeline

• Standard audit: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Rush audit: 1 business day after payment confirmation (if available).
• Delays caused by incomplete intake information are not counted against the delivery timeline.

10. Limitation of Liability

BVG's total liability for the audit service is limited to the fee you paid. BVG is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the audit or its recommendations.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
